Emergency Response

Emergency Response

CDLL is part of a network of 13 faith-based Lebanese NGOs trained to collaborate answering emergencies when they arise on the Lebanese territory. CDLL received a 3-year training and a capacity-building program PEER from the Catholic Relief Services (CRS) to efficiently collaborate with the network and respond to situations of a natural, conflict, or war emergency.
For such, during a crisis, we can quickly adapt to answer the shift in the needs of our population making sure that the most vulnerable are not left behind.

Catholic Relief Services (CRS) carries out the commitment of the Bishops of the United States to assist the poor and vulnerable overseas.

CRS is partnering with the strongly-rooted Caritas Lebanon and also with religious congregations and interfaith organizations, and is working to address the growing needs of the massive refugee population, vulnerable Lebanese and migrant workers.
