No matter the circumstances CDLL is insisting on going forward with its mission. Mrs. Souraya Frem Baroud, President of Cénacle De La Lumière- CDLL and Dr. Elias Warrak, President of the University of Balamand signed an MOU aiming at ensuring the necessary trainings to the university students and graduates to better serve the community through their participation in awareness sessions and campaigns on the dangers of drugs and substance abuse.
